2021 Grizzly Pines, LLC Release of Claims and Waiver of Liability
The Releasor understands the Grizzly Pines, LLC is an RV park/campground. The Releasor has been given permission to enter the premises and use the premises for “camping”, “hiking”, “game participation”, “recreational activities”, and all other related activities. The Releasor recognizes and understands that many of said activities can be dangerous in nature and can cause significant injury to person or property. The Releasor further recognizes and understands that, due to the terrain, falls, snake or spider encounters, or insect encounters may occur that may result in serious injury.
The Releasor desires to attend activities at Grizzly Pines, LLC and, in exchange for the use of the premises, the Releasor hereby voluntarily releases and waives any claim of liability and/or negligence against Grizzly Pines, LLC and its owners, operators, employees, representatives, agents and volunteers, for any and all personal injury and property damage sustained by the Releasor while on the premises of Grizzly Pines, LLC.
In consideration of being permitted to use the facilities of Grizzly Pines, LLC for “camping”, “hiking”, “game participation”, and all other related activities including, but not limited to, “camping”, “hiking”, “game participation”, or merely acting as a spectator, the Releasor on behalf of the Releasor and the personal representatives, heirs, and next of kin of the Releasor, releases, waives, discharges and covenants not to sue Grizzly Pines, LLC, it’s owners, operators, employees, representatives, agents and volunteers (hereinafter referred to as the Releasees) from any and all liability to the Releasor and the Releasor’s personal representatives, assignees, heirs, and the Releasor, while the Releasor is on the property of Grizzly Pines, LLC or using the property, equipment, or facilities of Grizzly Pines, LLC.
The Releasor assumes full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage to the Releasor while in or on the property of Grizzly Pines, LLC and/or while engaging in any activities on the property of Grizzly Pines, LLC.
The Releasor expressly agrees this release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of Texas and that, in any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full force and effect.
This release contains the entire agreement between the parties and this agreement, and the terms of this release are contractual and not mere recitals. This release will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. I understand that Grizzly Pines, LLC does not carry liability insurance to cover my person or my property while I am on the property of Grizzly Pines, LLC or involved in activities carried out therein. I am aware that this is a release of liability, waiver of claims and a contract between myself and Grizzly Pines, LLC and its owners and operators and I have signed it on my own free will.

Cancellation Policy:
Changes or cancellations to this reservation, must done at least 7 days or 1 week prior to your reservation start date. Cancellations or changes after the beginning of the 7 day period will forfeit their deposit. No calls and no shows will forfeit your entire reservation amount and further reservations may be affected.
Refund Policy:
Refund Policy Provided you cancel your reservation before the beginning of the 7th day prior to the date your reservation begins, Grizzly Pines will refund your deposit minus a $10.00 cancellation fee. When cancelled properly, the balance of your deposit minus the $10.00 will go towards your "camp credit" acount and can be used against a future reservation. If you cancel within the 7 day period you will forfeit your entire deposit.
