$40.00 nightly for 30 or 50 amp with sewer/no sewer
$30 tent site with water/electric hookup; We do not allow vehicles (vans, rooftop tents, etc.) on our tent sites, you must book an RV site.
$20.00 primitive tent site
Price includes 2 occupants per RV or tent
Each additional guest is $20 plus the amenities fees per night.
Golf Cart Rental Available → $35/night.
Please note that on event weekends there is a 2 night minimum booking. Holiday event weekends may require 3 night booking.
Resident & Perms
RV Monthly Rates on a assigned camp site includes 15 nights (over 15 a $20 charge per night per person). $308.00 / month, water, sewer where available, 30/50 amp electricity (billed separately based on metered usage).
For full time rates, water, sewer where available, 30/50 amp electricity (billed separately based on metered usage) for full time residents, contact the office for rates.
$30 each additional person per night who’s not on lease.

Home base guests (guests assigned to a monthly pad) are to abide by the same rules as transient guests.
